PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Slip resistant floors incorporate a blend of aggregates in combination with specified resins. Provides excellent abrasion, wear, chemical, and temperature resistance. (Many of our other floor systems can also be specified to include higher slip resistance)

Applications
Commercial and industrial kitchens, food processing, high traffic areas, restaurants, manufacturing, production lines, hotels, Pool side areas, and other slip liability areas.

COLORS:
Can be formulated to match any color

FILM THICKNESS:
1/16”-1/8” (Higher builds per specification and condition)

FINISH CHARACTERISTICS:
Semi-gloss or Gloss finish available

FLEXURAL STRENGTH:
2,600 psi @ ASTM D790

COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH:
7,700 psi @ ASTM D695

TENSILE STRENGTH:
3,800 psi @ ASTM D638

ADHESION:
400 psi @ elcometer (concrete failure, no delamination)

ULTIMATE ELONGATION:
2.6%

HARDNESS:
Shore D = 82
ABRASION RESISTANCE:
Taber abraser CS-17 calibrase wheel with 1000 gram total load
and 1000 cycles= .10 g loss

VISCOSITY:
Varies per process

Slip Resistance:
>1.4 @ (ASTM F-1679, Dry & Wet)
(aggregate blend can increase resistance)

CURE SCHEDULE: (70°F)

Tinted epoxy primer to provide superior adhesion

TOPCOAT:
Polyaspartic urethane resin or specified per project requirements
